Birth Preparation Services are intensive birth preparation for expectant parents over a period of a week or a month
The preparation and bodywork is given exclusively in your home with approximately 2-3 hours of commitment required per day over a week or 2-3 hours once a week.
The services combine the teaching of HypnoBirthing® with personalised body and mind preparation. Incorporated treatments may include Bowen Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Acupuncture for labour induction or Private Midwife Support.
The services can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals who wish the preparation to be over in a few weeks or a month.
All programs are an intensive learning and experiential process that are thoroughly relaxing, enjoyable and good for you, your baby and your partner.
